Some of the best fish tacos I’ve had in this area. Which is wild because we’re not near the sea lol. Amazing pretzel as well. My girlfriend got the truffle pizza and she said it was to die for. First time ever coming here and will definitely be back. Shout out Papa as well. Attentive and very kind.
First time trying them since my sister wanted to go with the family. So 8 of us go there for their happy hour deal. Needless to say, service was perfect, food came out super quick, waitress was very attentive, and the best of all, price is right for happy hour menu. I just find the lighting is very dark/dim. But to each everyone's taste. 100% will try to go there again for another meal.
Yard House in Lynnfield did not disappoint! First, you can put your name on a wait list online. Second, the hostess was very friendly. Third, our waiter, Justin was very attentive, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. We couldn’t choose between two appetizers, so we took Justin’s suggestion and ordered the fried calamari. A good portion for two people. I wanted a cider, so I got the locally brewed cider. Very refreshing on a humid night. I wanted to get one to go, but Justin said that wasn’t possible (I knew I couldn’t but I was hopeful). Fourth, THE FOOD! The presentation was great! The chicken club sandwich was ample. My husband usually doesn’t get sandwiches for dinner, and he was pleased with his decision.I ordered the “small” kobb salad with grilled chicken. Again, the presentation was amazing! All the veggies were grouped. Carrots, radishes, edamame, hard boiled egg and avocado in nice sections. The chicken was grilled, tender, and juicy. My only critique is that it was too big! Maybe offer a “mini” option??
Had a great experience at Yard House the other night. The service was excellent from start to finish. Myles and the rest of the team were super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out right and on time. The atmosphere was great, food was on point, and you can tell the staff really cares about making sure guests have a good experience. Definitely one of the better visits I’ve had in a while. Will be coming back for sure.

This was at least our second time eating at Yard House at the MarketStreet in Lynnfield. Our dinner was fantastic. The service is slow…especially when trying to close out your ticket. Lobster Garlic noodles — delicious and we highly recommend! 8 oz Filet Migon w/ carrots, asparagus and mashed potatoes — Filet best cooked at Medium. Delicious choice and our top pick! Four Cheese Spinach Dip — an okay Starter / Appetizer Overall we had a great experience. We just wish the service would be more attentive after you’ve delivered the meal to your customers.

Recently we visited The Yard House at Market Street in Lynnfield while helping family relocate from Pensacola. After a long, grueling three-day trip, this dining experience was exactly what we needed. The Bavarian Pretzel and Four Cheese Spinach Dip held up well for a party of seven. Various entrees made the rounds — the Stacked Turkey Club and Classic Sliders stood out. Our server deserves special mention, even though exhaustion cost me his name — and that genuinely bothers me. His enthusiasm was unmistakable, and he went out of his way to engage our granddaughters, asking about their interests and offering recommendations to help them get comfortable in their new hometown. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare. We don't make a habit of chains, but this one earned the exception.
Shoutout to this Yard House location. My husband and I have been coming here for years, and today they went above and beyond. The staff were so accommodating for my pup, Bear. He’s only 5 months old and still learning, but truly a little gentleman. My friend wanted to hang out over April break with her daughter, and I said, ‘Oh, Yard House lets dogs on their patio!’ I figured it would be the perfect chance to keep working on his training—and he did amazing. Bear stayed right on the ground under my feet the whole time, completely chill. I’m so proud of him. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Shoutout to our waitress Karla, Alana for helping with seating, and Grace for welcoming us in. Grateful for places like this that let us include our pups in everyday moments 🐾
Took a family trip to the yard house on a weekend early afternoon. I got the Bleu Cheese and Bacon burger. I don’t know if the blue cheese was the best taste for that burger. Overall, it was delicious. It’s definitely worth the upgrade to get the sweet potato fries. For the kids orders, we got mac & cheese. Of course they tell us, it’s too hot! So we put an ice cube and mix it up in their mac & cheese to make it cooler. And they both loved it. The kids wanted a sweet tooth ending for dessert. So we got two mini ice cream sundaes with Oreo cookies in them.
